We accept Twint, prepayment, PayPal and credit card.

Usually, parcels are posted at the post office no later than the following business day. However, allow 2-4 days for the package to reach you. Just to be on the safe side... Please also note that there may be delays in delivery when paying in advance, because the package will only be dispatched once we have received the payment.

From a value of goods of CHF 120.-- we deliver free of charge. Otherwise, shipping fees of CHF 10.-- excl. VAT will be charged.

Of course! As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order at any time on Barbossa.ch (See Order tracking).

Usually no. Since our products are often hygiene products and we cannot resell them once they have been returned, an exchange or refund is usually excluded. If you have received the products defectively, report the damage to kundendienst@barbossa.ch immediately upon receipt. Of course, in this case we will replace the defective product or refund the amount (depending on the availability). Don't forget to always include the order number.

Yes, definitely. All server communication is SSL encrypted. For payment processing, we also work exclusively with official and trusted payment service providers.
